Each week features a new course and a 9-hole, 2-person scramble format. Even better—you have Tuesday through Sunday to play each round at your leisure, so you can compete on your schedule.

Jump into our optional weekly gross and net skins, plus we will have a weekly and season-long cash payout!

Meet Our New Chef – Chef Mike!
We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Mike to our team! His passion for cooking and warm personality have already made a splash—especially with his unforgettable homemade clam chowder that had everyone coming back for seconds. Chef Mike will be around, so don’t hesitate to say hello and introduce yourself.

This isn’t just a new hire — it’s a bold step forward in our journey to excellence. We’re building something special, and we’re doing it for the people who matter most: our members and guests!

Our new Chef brings a wealth of experience and passion to the table:

• He began his hospitality journey at just 17, working his way from dishwashing to serving to leading kitchens.
• His culinary background spans Mediterranean, Chinese, and American cuisine.
• He’s owned a mobile wood-fire pizza company Notorious P.I.E and a beachside taco bar, blending creativity with hands-on leadership.
• He’s cooked across Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, Texas and Alaska, bringing regional flair and depth to his dishes.
• He’s deeply experienced in wine and food pairing — a perfect match for our elevated dining vision.
• His cooking style focuses on classic homestyle favorites with a modern twist.

This is more than a menu change — it’s a commitment. Zintel won Tri-Cities Best Golf Course this year, and we’re determined to keep earning that title. That means finding the best talent, pushing forward with purpose, and never settling.
