The summer wrestling season is upcoming! We will continue with weights and Judo on the same schedule and be adding wrestling on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting June 2nd.

Be sure to get cleared on final forms for summer wrestling.

We will be traveling to Edmonds for a dual camp on June 26th thru June 28th. This will be free for all wrestlers who will be attending Southridge next year.

Wear athletic clothes.

We start a FREE 8 week weightlifting & judo on Monday (6th). We start at 430pm in the weight room at SHS. Judo starts is 7-830 at Tri City Judo on Clearwater Ave. Girls & boys are encouraged to attend Mondays and Wednesdays.

I know we have some former Sun wrestlers who are currently serving and a few Veterans out there, make sure you to get signed up to have your name next the other Veterans at Southridge.
