SENIOR 60+ PICKLEBALL PLAYERS!!!

Great session today. We had to shift courts because of the wet courts but it worked out. City guy was by and they are going to change the sprinkler timer on that circuit to start at 10 pm, so the courts have a chance to dry. We must have had 6 courts playing at once today! Good job!!!

Larry and Mike had birthdays this week! Thanks Janet for bringing Larry's favorite birthday treats!

Club 509 Pickleball Free 101 New Beginner Classes are a go this week!!! Lawrence Scott Park, Court 15!

Tuesday, 4:30 pm w Coach Gerald:
- 4:15 pm Students arrive
- 4:00 pm Players, Helpers and Drill Buddies arrive

Thursday, 8 am w Coach David Kelly
- 7:45 am Students arrive
- 7:00 am Players, Helpers and Drill Buddies arrive.

We have loaners paddles. Please wear court shoes if you have them. Dress for conditions. Stretch and start drinking water ahead of time.

All classes at Lawrence Scott Park in Lennewick, Court 15.

Special note: Our class sponsor, StretchLab will have a stretch table at the park for the Thursday session giving sample stretch sessions!! Pretty awesome!

Club 509 Pickleball New Beginner 101 Thursday 8 am Class, Drills and Play at blast today!!!! Three teaching courts and 2 + other courts of players!!!!

Thanks all of you players, students and helpers that showed up early! Had a group there by 7 am!!! Beat the heat!

StretchLab is our class sponsor! Next Thursday morning they are bringing a stretch table to the park and giving free stretch sessions! All LSP players are welcome to stop and see them!

Next week we have Beginner PB Classes:

> Tuesday at 4:30 pm (show at 4 pm if you can).

> Thursday at 8 am (show at 7 am please to drill or warm up).

Club 509 Pickleball Free New Beginner 101 classes at Lawrence Scott Park a go this week but please hydrate and definitely wear a breathable hat and sunglasses! Sunscreen a good idea. Coach Dave will have his shade and mister fan at both classes. New players show up 15 minutes early and bring your phone to scan a quick waiver form code. Club 509 Pickleball FREE 101 NEW BEGINNER PICKLEBALL LESSONS ARE A GO THIS WEEK!!! SHOW AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EARLY PLS. PLAYERS, HELPERS AND DRILL BUDDIES, TOO.

==> TUESDAY 4:30 PM START W COACH GERALD

- Gonna be on the warm side. Drink fluids starting the day before. Bring lots of cool water day of!

==> THURSDAY 8 AM W COACHES MIKE, EVANS, MARK (Rick and Coach Dave out this week).

Will be a stellar morning. Try to get there at 7 am if you can, later if you must. Early players drill or break off and play matches.

All you new students, show about 7:45 am 'cause you have to fill out an online waiver form. Bring a paddle if you have one but we have loaners. Wear non-marking court shoes if you have them. Start drinking extra water and electrolytes the day before and day of class. Wear a hat and sunglasses. If you wear sunscreen, put it on at home and really wash your hands after. Dress for the heat.
