Ever seen one a these?? Nope, no u havent. This is possibly the only Milk Krate ever to have existed!!! I was blessed by a fan of Sting Ray alleys page to have this bike and the awesome history behind it posted. This bike was handpicked in pieces from the dumpster behind the schwinn factory in Chicago. It was a prototype that never made production. Sounds like it was built alongside the cotton picker and they scraped it for that. If you want more pics of the bike and factory along with the detailed story of how it came to be, look at the dialogue from the previous post with the pin up girl stradling a lemon peeler. Super cool stuff, check it out!!!!

Up for sale is an original 1969 Schwinn Lemon Peeler w/owners manual!! It's the holy grail of 60's-70's muscle bikes. This fine piece of craftsmanship will make a nice addition to your collection. Maybe you had one as a kid or want one for your son or daughter, either way this would be a solid investment. These bikes continue to climb higher and higher in value, so there's no way you can ever lose. I wouldn't be surprised if in the next few years this bike is worth over $5,000!!
