🔥 ELITEFTS DELUXE MONOLIFT 🔥
The EliteFTS Deluxe Monolift is built for serious strength—but proper setup matters.
One of the most overlooked details?
The bottle jack.
The bottle jack is designed to adjust hook height, not support the load long-term.
Once the hooks are set, the adjustment pin should carry the weight—not the hydraulic pressure from the jack.
Why?
🔧 Reduces wear on the bottle jack
📏 Maintains consistent hook height
⚙️ Prevents hydraulic bleed-down
🛡️ Keeps the monolift operating as designed
Remember:
The jack sets the position.
The adjustment pin supports the load.
It’s a simple step that improves safety, consistency, and equipment longevity.
Train smarter. Lift heavier. Take care of your equipment.

🐾 Penny’s Official Office Hours 🐾
We know everyone loves Penny, and we get asked all the time when she’ll be at the gym. To help everyone plan their visits (and maximize their chances of getting puppy cuddles), here’s her current work schedule:
🖤 Mondays & Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
🖤 Tuesdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
🖤 Wednesdays: Off duty (a girl needs her rest 😴)
As always, Penny’s schedule is subject to change at any time based on naps, treats, important puppy business, and management decisions she may or may not make herself. 🐶
Stop by, say hello, and give Penny some love when she’s on the clock! ❤️
Progress isn’t just happening inside the gym—it’s happening to the gym.
Every rep, every session, every improvement matters. Just like you, we’re a work in progress.
The gym is still loading 🎮💪
Keep showing up. Keep leveling up. We’re still building.
Chest day hits a little different at Full Tilt.
Maybe it’s because we don’t fill the gym with the latest cheap, Chinese-made equipment that shows up and disappears a year later. We invest in quality—old school, battle-tested classics that have stood the test of time for a reason.
The kind of benches, presses, and machines that just feel right when the weight gets heavy. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just proven equipment, hard work, and serious results.
Some things never go out of style.
🔥 NAUTILUS 70 DEGREE PEC FLY — FULL TILT FEATURE 🔥
The next piece in the series is a chest-training icon.
The Nautilus 70 Degree Pec Fly isn’t just another pec deck — it’s one of the most intelligently designed chest machines ever created. Built around resistance curves, stretch tension, and controlled adduction, this machine was engineered to make the pecs work harder through the entire movement.
Classic Nautilus.Arthur Jones thinking.Pure chest isolation.
This isn’t just “sit down and squeeze.”
This is:
⚙️ How to set it up correctly (seat height, shoulder alignment, arm positioning, ROM control)📚 The engineering behind it (the Nautilus cam system, 70-degree arm path, and why the resistance feels different from modern pec decks)🧠 The biomechanics (horizontal adduction, pec shortening, loaded stretch, and minimizing front delt takeover)🏆 The purpose (why controlled fly work can build thicker, fuller, more detailed chest development)
This machine was designed to keep tension on the pecs where most fly movements lose it — especially in the stretched position.
Chest up.Shoulders locked down.Arms moving through an intentional path.
No momentum.No bouncing.No turning a fly into a press.
If you care about:• Deep pec contraction with real resistance• Loaded stretch that actually challenges the chest• Training the pecs without shoulder irritation• Building dense chest detail instead of just moving weight
Then this one’s for you.
We’re not just doing flys. We’re breaking down how to use the Nautilus 70 Degree Pec Fly the way it was designed to be used.

🔥 DYNABODY STANDING CHEST PRESS — FULL TILT FEATURE 🔥
This one changes the way you think about chest training.
The DynaBody Standing Chest Press isn’t just another pressing machine — it’s a standing, plate-loaded movement built to challenge upper-body power, stability, and force production all at once. No seat. No passive setup. Just you against the load.
Built heavy.Built uncommon.Built to expose weak links.
This isn’t just “push the handles.”
This is:
⚙️ How to set it up correctly (stance, torso positioning, handle path, shoulder alignment, bracing)📚 The engineering behind it (independent arms, standing force transfer, plate-loaded resistance, converging press path)🧠 The biomechanics (scapular movement, chest recruitment, core engagement, kinetic-chain stability)🏆 The purpose (why standing presses create a different training stimulus than traditional seated machines)
This machine forces you to create tension from the ground up.
Feet rooted.Core locked in.Upper body driving through a controlled pressing arc.
No collapsing into a seat.No hiding instability. No disconnect between the press and the body producing it.
If you care about:• Pressing with full-body intent• Building chest strength without sacrificing stability• Training the pecs through a powerful converging path• Developing control under heavy load• Machines that actually demand athletic output
Then this one’s for you.

05/22/2026
A lot of gyms today are filled with the same brand new equipment ordered out of a catalog.
That was never the goal with FULL TILT.
We wanted pieces with history behind them. Equipment that’s already survived decades of heavy use and still feels better than most of the new stuff being made today. The kind of machines and bars you can’t just click “add to cart” on.
So we went and got them ourselves.
Over the last few years we’ve driven more than 36,000 miles across the country chasing down hand-selected pieces for this gym. Long drives, overnight trips, trailers packed to the limit — all to bring back equipment we believed was worth having.
Not because it was trendy.
Because it was built right.
A lot of modern gym equipment is made fast, made cheap, and replaced a few years later. We’d rather fill this place with equipment that’s already stood the test of time.
That’s why FULL TILT looks the way it does.
Every piece here was picked for a reason.
This Monday, Memorial Day, we honor the heroes who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

Land of the free because of the brave.
From everyone at Full Tilt Barbell Club, we wish you and your family a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.
Not really sure where to start so just gonna ramble a bit.
Went to with an idea about a month ago to make a video for the first anniversary of the gym telling the gyms story and highlighting members and getting their thoughts on the first year.
Most of you all know the gym wasn’t easy to start, took a long 5 years, many days of me saying screw this I’m just gonna sell my equipment and get out of it. Luckily I had dudes like .pt tell me not to. They heard how many of the 40 plus buildings fell through. Or the 13 storage units I was paying close to 3 grand a month to keep, or the crazy things I’d find in the craziest places. So glad I had all of you guys to bounce stuff off of and keep me in the game.
Always said I wanted the gym to be a bigger version of the basement, where people felt comfortable asking for a spot, helping another member, not feeling embarrassed if they didn’t know something , and just being a community were we all felt like family. I’ve gotten to see all of you have major life achievements, it’s been awesome to watch over this past year and can’t wait for more to come.
Kept trying to think of wha to say on this post and honestly the best words that come to mind are THANK YOU! Thank you from the bottom of and my heart. She loves seeing each and every one of you guys.
Year two is going to be crazy around here, got big things on the horizon so stay tuned!
