With fall coming upon us we will be moving class start times back starting next week!

Monday - StrollerBurn 10:15am
Tuesday - StrollerBurn 10am
Wednesday - Mommy & Me 9:30am
Thursday - Baby & Me Yoga 10am
Friday - StrollerBurn 10am

We have different pricing options depending on how much you want to join classes. There's an option for everyone 😁

Synchronizing our movement with our breath as we flow through sequences to increase both strength and flexibility. We will move through postures at a slower pace than your typical Vinyasa class which will give us time to focus on proper form and alignment in each pose as we reconnect with our bodies.

This class is for parents with children 0-3 years. Bring a mat, water, and your baby!

Kids may be back in school but our season hasn't ended yet!

We will continue StrollerBurn as long as weather allows us! We usually end classes around the end of October. Mommy & Me will keep going through October and from there we will be moving to the new classroom at Wiggle & Play!

🚨I will be opening an indoor playground in Kenosha!! 🚨

Follow along at Wiggle & Play for updates and exciting news on that business adventure. This has been in the making for awhile so I'm excited to merge my vision I had for the studio a few years ago. I will have a classroom so this will allow me to continue classes through winter and have so many more class opportunities (bring back prenatal classes 😉)!
