Join us Memorial Day Monday at 9AM as we come together as a community to honor the meaning behind Memorial Day through one of the most meaningful workouts we do all year âMurph.â
Murph is more than just a workout. Itâs a tribute to Lt. Michael Murphy and the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. The scars, the sweat, the struggle, the moments where we want to quit⌠they remind us that freedom has never been free.

âď¸âď¸CrossFit Semifinals for Age Groups are underway and this stage is EARNED.
Thousands of athletes start in the Open.
â¨Only a small percentage move on to Quarterfinals. From there, just a fraction qualify to compete IN PERSON /ONLINE at Semifinals. And only the best of the best from each age division will punch their ticket to the Games.
Let that sink in.
These are parents, full-time workers, coaches, real people balancing life AND still showing up at the highest level.
This doesnât happen by accident.â¨Itâs early mornings, late nights, missed plans, and choosing discipline over excuses. Itâs doing the boring work over and over again. Itâs consistency when no one is watching.
But hereâs what matters mostâŚ
â¨We are ALL capable of great things.
It might not be the CrossFit Games, but itâs your next PR, your first pull-up, showing up when you donât feel like it, getting stronger, moving better, and doing it alongside a community that pushes you.

âď¸BRIGHT SPOT FRIDAY âď¸
This week just felt different in the best way.
Thereâs been a real focus on intention lately. Not just getting through workouts but actually locking into standards and doing every rep with purpose. You can see it in the way people are moving, the way theyâre finishing workouts before the CAP and the confidence building across the room. Holy Moly !!!
âźď¸ A lot of that comes back to our coaches.
Theyâve been so locked in to our members progress. Paying attention to the small details, stepping in with the right cues at the right time, and making sure every athlete understands what theyâre doing and why it matters.
âď¸To our members, you showed up and leaned into it. Specifically working on faster transitions, movement quality, having a plan, being COACHABLE đŞđźđ
