Hi all..Colleen here. I will be streaming my yoga classes online Tuesday and Thursday
10 AM (PDT) & 8 PM(PDT)
My classes are Beginner-Level I.
I will gladly provide you options to modify as needed. If you’re interested in attending class, please send a private message to the Sunrise page or comment here and I will be sure to include you. It’s important at this time to take good care of yourself and yoga is a fabulous path for that!
I normally charge $10 per class but during this time of hardship I simply ask that you to pay what is feasible for you. Venmo, PayPal and Zelle are acceptable payment options.
