Phew - this has been quite a week!
Wonderful group photo from week one of fascial dissection at the beautiful Laboratories of Anatomical Enlightenment in Boulder, Colorado. We're so grateful to this bright, amazing group of students who brought their curiosity, knowledge and willingness to learn to this lab experience. Many thanks also to master dissector and lab director, Todd Garcia, Tom Myers, Anatomy Trains certified teachers Lauri Nemetz and Holly Clemens, and Anatomy Trains COO Melanie Burns for making this a successful and enriching week for all.

Anatomy Trains®️ Neurovascular Release for SI with Kirstin Schumaker in Kent, WA this past weekend was an amazing, rich, multi-faceted learning experience. Hosting Tip: NEVER leave the building without your keys in hand... except if I'd adhered to that rule, nobody would have ever practiced working with the superior gluteal artery in the park! Many thanks to for the awesome ping pong table 🏓👀😃

This is why I’m a member of the Fascia Research Society, fascia research is in its very early stage with so much yet to be understood and we get to watch it all unfold!
