Starting on Monday Feb. 18th, 6-7:30pm I will be teaching an 8 week Anerobic Threshold training class. This class will be more customized to fit each clients needs much more than I have ever done before in teaching this series. You do not need to be of any certain fitness level to join this class. But that being said it's a sure bet that you will be more fit by the time the class ends!

Starting September 28th at the Tahoma Athletic Club, that is a Thursday at 6pm, is the Anaerobic Threshold Class. This class will improve your ability to exercise at 95%-105% of your maximum heart rate. This is accomplished by improving your ability to consume and use oxygen (VO2) during exercise. This class is for everyone. Below is the Max VO2 and VO2 test profile of one who attended the class and one who is a local RTB athlete. Who could it be??

The ride profile for both the 8-9am and 9-10:30am classes is below. The good news is; if you ride both classes you will hear 40 songs. The not so good news is that there is a wee bit of the uphill that has sneaked into our 2 1/2 hours together. Can't wait to ride it and look forward to seeing you there.

Below you will find the ride profile for the 2 1/2 hours that I will be teaching, first class 8-9am and next class 9-10:30. It's intervals early and often in the first hour and then Aerobic heart rate zone with some resistance under the leg for the next 1 1/5 hours.

Now that the summer Holidays have ended it's a great time to focus on wonderful Aerobic strength training. To that end you can find me teaching 3 classes a week; Tuesday 6pm - 7pm at my home studio, Saturday 8AM Tahoma Athlectic Club and Saturday 9am- 10:30am at the Tahoma Athletic Club

I'm putting the Tuesday 8:30am and the Thursday 9:30 am cycle classes on summer vacation until after Labor day. The Tuesday 6pm and the Sunday 8:30am classes are still available for sign up.
This Sunday however no 8:30am class as it is the holiday weekend.
