I’m trying to figure out what happened here.
Early this morning, at what appears to be around 4:44AM, someone posted this on a Facebook group called Grand Rapids Informed. It was deleted within a couple of hours.
If anyone knows who this might be, or knows what this person is talking about; please text me at 269-547-0106.
If you know the person, please give them my number, and tell them I want to figure out what happened so I can make sure nothing like that ever happens again.
I’m not a perfect person, and I often make mistakes. But I put all of myself into my business every day.
Comments like this kill me. Because it means that either I failed someone (if the comment was based on something I actually did), or someone hates me enough make a slanderous accusation against me in spite of the potential harm it might do to my reputation.
Thank you all for your support and encouragement. I will continue to be the best version of me that I can. Please forgive me when I fail.

Now that we have a dedicated Deadlift room, I decided we need to get some calibrated plates. These will be in by the end of the month.

Before we know it, our deadlift room will be complete.
This is a long time in the making, and the result of a significant amount of hard work and sacrifice.

Home sweet home…
For some, this is just a building. And, inside, are just machines, people, and music.
But for me, and the special people who call Endurance Fitness home, this place is more than its walls can contain. It is a community, a celebration of life, and it is the place I give my whole heart every day I breath.

I thought I’d give you all a little update on my progress with the Deadlift room.
Installed:
1. Mirrors
2. Ductwork
3. Ceiling fans
4. Diamond plate
5. Paint
Left to be installed:
1. Additional diamond plate (by end of November)
2. TV’s and clocks (by end of November)
3. Flooring and cove base (by mid December)
4. Deadlift platforms (by mid to end of December)
