Paul Vinciguerra came to PowerStrength Holland looking for more than just strength—he wanted to move better, feel better, and get back to doing the activities he enjoys.
Training 2 personal training sessions a week since March 2025, he's made steady progress toward those goals.
Here's what has changed:
✅ Leaner, stronger body composition
✅ Improved flexibility and back strength
✅ Building the foundation to return to combat sports
Between working a sedentary job, moving into a new house, and traveling to see family in Chicago, life stays busy. Making time for training has helped Paul feel stronger and more capable both inside and outside the gym.
Consistent work, smart coaching, and a clear goal have made all the difference.

When setbacks happen, strength isn't built by starting over—it's built by continuing to move forward.
Kim McDonough has been training at PowerStrength Alpine for more than 3 years, showing up consistently after recovering from multiple rotator cuff surgeries and a bone spur in her heel.
Her commitment has led to:
✅ More strength and muscle
✅ Continued progress toward her body composition goals
✅ Confidence to stay active doing what she loves
Outside the gym, Kim owns her own wine business, enjoys spending time outdoors, and loves being grandma to 6 grandkids. Training helps her keep up with a busy life while continuing to invest in her long-term health.
Her journey is a great reminder that consistency can accomplish a lot—even after major setbacks.

Just a few months ago, Rhonda VanEerden was rebuilding from multiple injuries and learning to trust her body again. Today, she's one of the biggest encouragers in every session at PowerStrength Byron Center. 💪🔥
Training 2–3 personal training sessions a week, Rhonda has made incredible progress by staying patient, consistent, and willing to keep showing up.
Some of her biggest wins:
✅ Spring Leaning Champion and Musclemania winner
✅ Back to running, playing, and lifting the kids she nannies
✅ Progressing from modified bodyweight exercises to weighted hip thrusts, DB RDLs, split squats, and 100+ lb sled pushes
Rhonda came to PowerStrength looking for a place where she could rebuild her strength with confidence after injuries. Along the way, she's found more than a workout—she's found a community where she encourages others just as much as they encourage her.
As Rhonda shared, "I'm beginning to believe that I'm capable of bigger things than I thought."

Here's what that commitment has led to:
✅ More strength and muscle tone
✅ Better sleep and more energy
✅ Keeping up with her kids with confidence
Stacey has become a familiar face in our Thrive sessions, bringing a positive attitude and proving that making time for yourself benefits everyone around you.

David Niewiek has only been at PowerStrength Byron Center for 4 months, but his commitment goes well beyond the gym.
After more than a decade away from lifting, he's showing up for 3 personal training sessions a week—and even practicing split squats, push-ups, and planks at home.
That consistency is paying off:
✅ Pain-free movement
✅ Strong enough to earn the barbell
✅ Steady strength gains every phase
As a business owner, dad, and outdoor enthusiast, David wanted to feel stronger for everything life throws his way—including keeping up with his kids and getting the edge on his son in pickleball. His energy is contagious, and he's always the first to encourage the people training around him.
The extra work he's putting in is showing every time he walks through the doors.

It's never too late to learn a new skill—or build new strength.
Over the last 7 months, Harry Veenstra has been training at PowerStrength Holland, consistently showing up for 2 personal training sessions a week with a goal of staying strong and healthy for the long run.
Here's what has stood out:
✅ Noticeable strength gains
✅ Better movement and mobility
✅ Growing confidence with every exercise
Harry and his wife Barb stay busy through retirement by volunteering in their community, and training has become another way to invest in staying active. He asks questions, enjoys learning, and continues to challenge himself every time he walks through the door.
That's exactly how long-term strength is built.
