Felt old getting back in the gym for the first time in a month . Emerson Glasgow putting in the work for his fight in November. Brenden Mcleod putting in some hard rounds and Joseph Mueller giving me some rounds and sharpening the tools . Good day. Looking to pick it back up as work is slowing back down
