We will be having our New Years Day fun Shoot again this year. It will consist of 25 Five Stand, 25 S***t & 25 Trap targets all for $30. Sign ups will start at 9:30 fun starts at 10. We are plan I ng on having food available.

Event - Online Course and Follow-Up Class - August 28, 2022 in Kerman, CA

HUNTER SAFETY COURSE OFFERED AUG. 28

We will be hosting a hunter safety course at the club august 28th. Before you arrive the 28th, please complete the online portion of the training. We will only be covering the in-person firearm handling and safety, as well as the written test. Lunch will be available for sale, please contact Scott K. at 559-289-1695 for more details. Our friends from the West Side Trap League will be in town next Sunday, March 27th. Our trap fields will be CLOSED to the public.

The Fresno Trap Kids and Mariposa Grizzlies are hosting their fundraiser shoot this coming weekend. This is a youth/collegiate shoot only. The Fresno Trap Kids are also raffling off a Henry rifle, contact Mike Kissinger for more details.

We will be hosting a 6 week trap league starting next month! There will be fun side pots and exciting prizes, and will finish with an awards dinner at the end of the 6 week league run.

To kick off the league, we will be hosting a sweetheart/league kickoff dinner on February 12th. Please RSVP to Theresa by February 5th for the dinner.

2022 membership renewals are due! You can renew at the meeting this Thursday or the next time you’re at the club. Membership rates have increased for members that do not volunteer time at the club.

Come join us for a fun shoot this Saturday. A $30 buy in will get you entered for a round of s***t, a round of singles trap, and a round of set handicap trap, plus lunch! We will offer cash prizes for 1st thru 3rd and dead last!

Another great weekend of work at Fresno Trap and S***t! We poured concrete at our target house and 5-stand field, trenched and laid conduit to hard wire the 5-stand, fixed some pesky water leaks, did some tree work and some rodent control. We enjoyed a great lunch thanks to Theresa Hagans! We are thankful for the members that contribute their time to improve the shooting experience here. We hope to see you all soon!

Check out this beauty! Today we installed new Lincoln s***t machines on field 2. We received these thanks to the NRA Foundation Grant program. In addition to swapping s***t machines, we also completed some work on the 5 stand field. Thank you to our members that braved the heat to improve our club and to Chip and Theresa for making a great lunch!

May 29th-30th- Bruce Seher Shoot. Saturday will be singles, doubles, and handicap, Sunday 200 handicap targets. Saturday will be cross registered SCTP targets.

While we don’t have pictures of all the great improvements we got done yesterday, it was a busy one at FTSC! We are in the process of updating our target shed and shop with electricity, fixed a pesky water leak and built ramps to better access our sea train storage, as well as hanging the already mentioned new signage. Thank you to Mike Kissinger, Logan Engelman, Jacob Lehar and Doug Goodloe for all their help yesterday! We are excited about all improvements at the club and we are constantly working to make your experience at FTSC the best shooting experience possible.

Same familiar shield, just some new paint! We put up some new signage to direct our patrons to the different target disciplines, and hung a new sign to welcome everyone to the club. Thank you to Logan Engelman for building the frame for our new welcome sign, and Excel Signs in Clovis for doing a phenomenal job helping us update our imagery.

We’ve been busy at FTSC! We have been making facility improvements to make your clay target experience better. Come on out and see for yourself!

Probably the biggest change to the club is our lighted 5 stand field! You can now shoot 5 stand day or night.

We would like to thank the NRA foundation for their grant program that assisted us in these improvements. The positive changes made to the club will benefit its members, the teams that call the club home, the organizations that use our venue as well as the public. Take a look!

We hope to see you all January 1st!

Our canned food drive is still on! Bring by some non-perishable food items to be donated to the food bank in Kerman. The donation box is on the meeting room side of the clubhouse near the pay window.

Here’s the program for the thanksgiving shoot this weekend! Camping will be available $10 a night with limited electrical hookups, and our kitchen will be open Saturday and Sunday.

We are going to CASH OUT the trap jackpot tonight! If you participated in our monthly trap jackpot even once, come out tonight and shoot for your share of over $700!

The Jim Savage chapter of the Clampers, with the help of the Fresno State Shooting Team, would like to encourage you to come out and buy some fireworks this week! There are two locations you can stop by to support two local organizations at:

-Shaw and Brawley in the Walmart parking lot

-Olive and Hughes across from Choice Market

Both locations will be open starting Monday at 10AM and will be open til 10PM, every day til the 4th! Come on out and buy some FUN!
