over come the bad no matter what! Here is the answer 😉!

Finally after 12 months grinding i started my day with the goal to hit my first sub 10 minute mile, it’s been years since I have. 9:53!!! What ever excuses I had from college injury or being to busy, I made the choice, I used to tell my self “I would eventually get back to where I need to be.” I make the choice everyday to live and be Excellent. I am mentally the strongest I’ve ever been. And on the physical side I am closer now then ever. I am going to continue to work hard because 242 miles this year out of 360 days, wow ! I have 47 days to hit this years goal

Ironfit Fitness thanks for being the go to spot, their vibes are right when you want to grind!

Last day at Commerce Way, it’s been one crazy journey here. From very little equipment, through a pandemic and now a forced move. I hope many more memories and PRs are made in our next facility when the time comes.
