Kevin Vincent, founder and owner of Redendél Diamante is walking your through three tequilas, poured in the Antelope Bar and perfectly paired with apps from Chef Alex. $25 a person, and the room only holds so many. Brunch runs late on Sundays, and that’s the point. Eleven to two in Cedarcrest: come for the Sunday you’d rather not cook and rather not hurry. Prime rib, pork ribs, gourmet omelettes, deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, and that's not even half of it.
