Boxers! Today there will be NO KIDS CLASS!

Just a reminder, today will be our last Kids Boxing class for the week. The gym will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.

Key West Fighting Conchs alumni Ocean Leto advances to the finals in the women’s Baraka Tournament at Notre Dame. If Ocean win tomorrow night, she will have won it 3 YEARS IN A ROW! Stay posted for the link!

We will still be running Kids Boxing today at 5:00pm. Happy Veterans Day!

There will be NO KIDS CLASS today. Adults class will resume as usual. We hope all of our students have an awesome, safe, and spooky time Trick or Treating! Happy Halloween!

Due to weather getting a lot nastier later this evening. We will be canceling 5:00 pm Kids Boxing Class today. Everybody stay safe, and stay dry.

It’s rainy outside but we are still running Kids Boxing Class at 5:00pm today. Coach Scott will now be at our HQ gym on Mondays and he will no longer be at Bernstein Park.

So grateful for days like these! Yesterday was an incredible day at the gym, with nearly 70 kids participating across all our programs. From boxing and jiu-jitsu to our fundamentals class for ages 3 to 5, and wrestling—every area was buzzing with energy. Seeing so many young athletes eager to learn, train, and grow makes all the hard work worth it. It's amazing to witness their progress, dedication, and the community we're building together. Can't wait to see these kids continue to develop their skills and confidence!

Our 95lb novice Haiden Riley will be fighting in the 6th bout of the evening tonight!

Check out our boxers Shyla (2nd from back) and Stone (front with rifle) who are part of the Florida Keys Sea Cadets. Today, they honored and remembered those who gave their lives to protect our freedom and country at the Veterans Memorial at BayView Park. The Key West PAL Fighting Conchs remember those on this day who took the front line for the biggest fight.
