I am incredibly proud to be stepping into a decade of competing on the WBFF stage. While I am honored to hold four crowns and to have earned my pro status at my very first show as a bikini competitor, the truth is that the crowns didn’t come easily. They came after many shows, many seasons, and many different placings. The journey was built on patience, resilience, and growth.

Throughout it all, I never lost faith or hope. I kept showing up — not only to compete, but to contribute. I participated in shows, helped backstage, became a WBFF ambassador, hosted posing clinics, and continuously supported my fellow athletes. I have always represented the WBFF brand with pride, positivity, and respect.

To be Queen is to lead beyond the spotlight. It’s about contributing, participating, and elevating others while representing the brand with integrity and heart. A true Queen understands that success means nothing if it isn’t shared.

This Christmas, I was surrounded by all the good and mighty things that fill my life with meaning.

I celebrated with friends and clients at my new home, Del Cid Studio 957 — sharing food, drinks, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Together, they witnessed my preparation for the stage, and together we celebrated the win.

The World of Beauty Fitness & Fashion Show is not just a day—it’s an experience. Depending on the location and division (AM show, AM/PRO, or WORLDS), it can be an entire weekend or even a full week of unforgettable moments ✨

One thing we must all understand when choosing to compete with WBFF is that this federation is all about glitz, beauty, and glamour. We dress to impress and show up looking our absolute best from the moment we arrive—long before we ever step on stage.

While registration hair and makeup are optional, tan, hair, and makeup are a must on show day. And trust me—you want to take full advantage of it. There are professional photos and videography taken at registration night, and this is one of the best versions of your prep look. It’s the perfect opportunity to schedule photoshoots with the incredibly talented artists on site.

The WBFF truly has the most dedicated and talented tan, hair, and makeup team. They understand exactly what the WBFF look represents and know how to bring out the ultimate glam in every athlete and model.

I was so lucky to work with the incredibly talented for both my registration look and show-day stage glam—absolute perfection.

Santa delivered 👑

First and foremost, this competition was far from easy. I stood alongside some fierce, beautiful women who poured their heart and soul into preparing for this show. I stand proud next to them, filled with love and gratitude—for their hard work and for this sport we all share.

Last night was a huge success and marked my 9th anniversary competing with the WBFF. I am beyond proud to be part of such an incredible team and to represent an organization that stands for so much.

This marks my fourth crown 👑—and yes, I want more. No, four is not enough 😂
My ultimate goal is to become World Champion, and with God first, I know I’ll have the opportunity to go after it.

I want to take a moment to thank my coach for his patience, nutritional guidance, and unwavering dedication throughout this entire process. His commitment, attentiveness, and guidance have truly been a pillar in my journey.

Today was truly something special. Being surrounded by friends, fellow competitors, and like-minded individuals all aiming for that Pro Card, that crown, and that title is an incredible feeling.

For nearly a decade, this sport has shaped me—from my early bikini days, through my growth in fitness, and now standing proudly in the figure category. Every chapter has fueled the same passion, joy, and drive to keep leveling up.

I’m deeply grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the people who have been part of it. Thankful every day to God for the opportunity and ability to do what I love.

✨ It’s official… I’m coming back to the stage! ✨

The excitement is REAL as I prepare for the WBFF Atlantic City Show, and I can barely put into words how thrilled I am to be stepping back under those lights to compete for my crown again. This journey has been filled with discipline, growth, sacrifice, and so much heart—and now it’s time to show the world what that work looks like.

During my time off the stage, the growth didn’t stop—it just shifted. Since retirement, my mindset turned fully toward business development, leadership, and personal expansion, and the progress I’ve made in that space has been nothing short of transformative. I built. I learned. I evolved. And that growth has only made me stronger as an athlete and as a woman.

Now… it’s time to put the heels back on. 👠 The competitive fire never left—it was just being sharpened. I’m stepping back into this next season with more purpose, more power, and clearer vision than ever as I continue to strive for my ultimate goal.
