Check it out! The City of Key West just installed new surfboard racks at our favorite little surfing beach! (Just kidding, they're bike racks!)
We miss you all. We've had a couple sessions this Spring but had to keep it quiet because of the coronavirus. Hope everyone stays healthy and we'll see you on the next swell.
Heads up, jonesers! There's waves so we will be headed to Southernmost Beach tomorrow, Sunday January 19th, around 1PM. Come join us for some fun in the salt and the sun! Let Evan or I know if you need a board.
Heading to South Beach at 4PM. Some fun ones coming in and the tide is still dropping. Looks like some good white water, long rides for the kids.

Wavestorms are the most stable and best wave catchers in the inexpensive foam board category. They are a little more expensive($190 compared to $130) but way worth the waves you'll catch. Some of the other brands are top heavy, have too much or too little rocker and make it more frustrating than fun to catch waves.
The 8' size is great for learning and growing into. Just make sure you have an easy way to haul it around, like a truck or surfboard racks on your car.
If you don't want to buy a board for the few times a year we have waves don't worry about it. We always take extras with us.
