At first glance, you might not even see it! 👀

Lizardfish are masters of camouflage, blending perfectly into the sandy bottom while they patiently wait for their next meal. Don’t let their relaxed appearance fool you — these reef predators can explode into action in a split second to catch unsuspecting prey.

✨ Fun Fact:
A lizardfish can stay completely motionless for long periods, making it one of the easiest fish to overlook on a dive or SNUBA adventure.
