Wellness Class at Waipuilani Park In place of the yoga class normally held between the tennis and pickleball courts and under the big tree. Throughout the class you will be treated to amazing ocean views!
Focusing on corrective exercises designed to improve your functionality, and self-myo-facia massage techniques using a foam roller. Mats and rollers are available if you don't have these items.
This practice is a great way to start your day, as well as get your body tuned up for any activity.
Cost - $10. Cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle or a check accepted. Class is 75 minutes long.

Yoga class is back at Waipuilani Park! Come at 8am Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays for a gentle class intended to leave you feeling great. All levels of experience and all ages are welcome. Bring your own mat or towel (and any props you like). Social distancing will prevail. Masks are not required during class. Cost: $10.
We have a large outdoor place where we hold small classes while we're waiting for the Park to allow yoga classes. Please contact me if you are interested in attending.

Park Yoga is still happening but has a temporary new location. Find us at ocean entry #120, a little south of VFW and just before Leilani Kai Resort - on Uluniu Rd (this road starts as Waipuilani Rd. and changes to Uluniu Rd. as it turns to parallel the ocean).
Mondays, 8 am. Still has ocean views and ocean sounds are added to the experience. Donations accepted.
