In good times our one stop Mom & Pop Luv shop is a decent part time income…
But it does not qualify us for a fixer upper house, a crappy condo… or even a new car loan.
So to make ends meet, we decided to buy a boat to sustain our lovely life on Maui.
Mid way thru the deal, the world is coming un-glued.
We fled Maui to get to our new floating sailboat home just before we’d be locked in Maui or locked out of Mexico.
In a few days I hear Hawaii will be in full lock down.

Our biz normally gets a few inquiries a day & 75% book.
I have not received one inquiry in the last month.
Gigs booked are canceling & or rescheduling for dates to be determined.

There was enough drama just to get up to speed on the many complex systems aboard our new 42 foot world cruising catamaran… and now we face survival in this pandemic panic.
With our biz in limbo…
And facing lock down in Mexico or locked out of Maui…
We’ll do what we’ve done before…
Sail off the grid and go cruising.

We’ve been completely immersed in boat werk…
Finding out why a $300,000 boat is only costing $184,000.
Each day we face unimaginable shocking realizations of what werks & what don’t.
But the more we learn about what does work and what really doesn’t matter lifts the anxieties of the unknowing.

What began as a self-sustaining effort…
Has now become our only means of survival.
From what ‘they’ say… it could be at least two years.
So, we’ll go live the dream & go cruising the far & remote places in nature.

Things are looking up as the boat gets closer to ship shape.
I hope to post more Spiritually Enlightening philosophies soon.
