First impressions of Bear Creek Arsenal AR 15. First, they ship it in the gun box, rather then placing it in an additional box. So those that like to keep the boxes, it now has shipping labels and receipt plastic stuck to the outside. And…silly me, assumed it ships with a magazine. It DOES NOT. They require you to order the magazine separately from the firearm.

I hope to try and clear up some confusion. Yes, over night, several states, 27 to be exact, can sell suppressors now WITHOUT having to use the Form 4. No fingerprint cards, no photo submitted. Just a 4473. They have NO state law requirement. 15 states, Montana included, still require the full paperwork because of an existing state law that on the books. That’s how it stands as of right now.

I love this gun. I carry a desert verde green one in my Jeep. The .45 uses G***k 21 magazines. Works well when your EDC is a G***k 21 like mine is. You’ll see these on my gun show table next month.

GOA, GOF, & VCDL secured a Preliminary Injunction in our lawsuit against Virginia’s Assault Weapons Ban.

Our injunction prevents the Virginia State Police from enforcing the firearm, magazine, and carry bans while our case moves through the courts.
