Yoni Yoga was absolutely beautiful tonight. The sisterhood that emerged from a group of strangers who chose to show up not only for themselves but also for one another. This is the type of support that is needed in our community. No judgement, just accountability. No jealousy or envy. Taking our time to share energy, to build trust, to love, and to support… thank you Goddesses for coming out tonight. We will see you all next month! Ase 💫

Bom dia 🌺 Life is hás this promise to throw curveballs and monkey wrenches in to our daily plans and routines. Knowing this information, it is up to us to decide if we are going to allow those temporary obstacles to knock us off course or to simply make adjustments to counter and move forward. Every day won’t be a good day and everyday doesn’t have to be a bad day. Take the time to be gentle with yourself, allow grace. Speak nicely to you and step in to your day with and to try again. Be your own cheerleader first and if you don’t have it, find someone good music, a funny show or skit, anything to get those endorphins poppin! I love you and want the best for you💕 Happy Tuesday

Bom dia flores 🌹 I hope you all are having a wonderful start to your day, if not, I hope and pray it gets better. Here’s a secret though… the only way for it to get better is for you to take the time to pivot from whatever it is that is bothering you and challenging your peace. Yes, sometimes it can seem easier said than done but why stay in a place that isn’t serving you? Why not honor yourself and choose… you?
