Our staff holds over 6 degrees and 20 various personal training fitness certifications. Throughout the years we have trained over 8,400 hours of group and individual training sessions. We have Masters degrees in exercise specializing in designing cutting edge results based programs, and hold the ONLY IYCA international youth conditioning certification in central Texas. BEFIT has trained and produced athletes from nationally qualified bodybuilders to marathon runners, figure and bikini competitors, to all star semi-pro football players, top high school track athletes in the state, and lead a semi-pro football team to win a STAF national championship.
