🔥 WHAT A WAY TO OPEN THE 2026–2027 TUFFMAN SERIES SEASON! 🔥

83 TEAMS rolled into Lake Limestone for Event One, and the competition was every bit as tough as the name on the trail. From top to bottom, this field showed up ready to compete — with 857.92 pounds of bass crossing the scales and 291 fish weighed during an outstanding season opener. Even better, 275 fish were released alive for a 95% release rate.

🏆 CRIS TATUM & JUSTIN TATUM came out swinging and captured the Event One WIN with a huge 26.65-pound limit! Their bag was anchored by a 7.82-pound giant, the biggest bass listed in the results, and they walked away with $5,500!

Right behind them, Chris Lane & Hayden Grimm finished 2nd with 21.56 pounds, while Thomas Wells & Kris Wilson took 3rd with 20.77 pounds. Paul Stokes & Tully Williams landed 4th at 20.73, and Russell Lee & Colton Lee rounded out the Top 5 with 20.29 pounds. That is some SERIOUS weight at the top of the board!

And congratulations to Kevin Allen & John Scott, who earned the $500 NON-FFS BONUS with their 17.22-pound finish. That bonus program is already adding another exciting element to the 2026–2027 season.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to every team, family member, sponsor, staff member, volunteer, and supporter who helped make Event One such a strong start. 83 teams at the season opener sends a message — TUFFMAN IS BACK, and this season is going to be a battle!

Boat numbers have been assigned for our 74 pre-registered teams for Event One! Please review the attached boat-number list and know your number before arriving.

MORNING CHECK-IN REMINDERS

When you arrive:

✅ Check in
💰 Sign up for the $500 NON-FFS Bonus if you are choosing NOT to use your FFS during this event
🚤 Proceed to the staging area and wait for the numbered launch
🐟 We will conduct our normal drive-by livewell check as your boat number is called
🏁 FLIGHT TIMES

Boats 1–25: 3:00 PM
Boats 26–50: 3:15 PM
Boats 51–75: 3:30 PM

⏰ SCALES CLOSE AT 3:45 PM

IMPORTANT: These flight assignments may change if additional teams register the morning of the tournament. Any changes will be announced at the event.

# # # Morning Check-In & Launch Procedure — Lake Limestone

As shown on the map, **there will be TWO check-in locations available Sunday morning.** Please use the location that applies to where you put in at.

At **either check-in location**, teams may also **sign up for the NON-FFS Bonus**.

Once you have completed check-in:

1. **Proceed by boat to the designated STAGING AREA** shown on the map.
2. Remain in the staging area and **wait for your boat number to be called**.
3. When your number is called, proceed toward the launch point.
4. Tournament staff will conduct a **drive-by LiveWell check**.
5. Once your LiveWell has been checked and you are released, **you may launch and begin competition as directed**.

**IMPORTANT:** Please do not crowd the LiveWell-check area before your number is called. Keeping everyone in the staging area and launching in numerical order will help us get the field out **safely, quickly, and efficiently**.

**NON-FFS BONUS TEAMS:** Make sure you complete your bonus registration/check-in **before entering the staging area for launch.**

Please review the map before tournament morning so you know exactly where to go.
