Today’s Black Belt Camp & Leadership Training

was enlightening. Great to see all the prospects,

& future leaders, doing all they can to better

themselves, so that they can make the situations

around them better as well. Great things are

happening at Martial ZEN Killeen Academy.🥋

What is Self-Defense? In our Traditional Martial Art System, we have Application Set (Forms/Katas) that help students learn the Secrets of Kung Fu Techniques for Self-Defense. And for us, @martial.zen.killeen.academy, Self-Defense is about Increasing One’s Level of Safety through the Building of their Confidence.
