Thank you, so many of you, for the happy 94th Birthday Greetings.

Don’t be afraid of growing old. It’s quite wonderful to be continually coming “into” more of yourself while you are expected to be “going out!” 93 was an amazing year for me of deepening and opening into more of my body.

With access to working with our unconscious knowingly and actively since Carl Jung lived and taught the Journey to the Self, we can stay creatively engaged now to the end of our time…this time. I continually work with clients on PILATES PLUS PSYCHE or Dream Analysis mostly by phone or zoom 5 days a week…since CoVID mainly from my main home in Killingworth, CT.

It helps to love one’s work. We learn more each and every year. Best wishes for each of your own journeys. Feel free to reach out to me if you feel I can be helpful to you.
