The announcement you've all been waiting for!

For the time being, The Honest Horsewoman will exclusively be offering horse training lessons. These are individual or small group sessions customized for any horse lover age 6 and up. No experience necessary. Lessons open in September.

Additionally, we have started a second company with the goal of supporting other farm owners. Our facility is limited in size and currently our capacity for expansion is limited. However, that doesn't mean that the positive impact we seek to have in the horse world needs to be limited. It has been quiet here this summer. This calmness has provided a real opportunity for growth and reflection.

We have greatly enjoyed the time spent with our students over the last 2 years, but the universe has other plans for us.

By the end of the summer, a new version of The Honest Horsewoman will be launched. This new business will not only honor our horses needs better, but will also better respect my needs as a business owner. We will be embracing the realities of our facilities and, hopefully, reaching out to support a wider community.

Amazing opportunity available for 1 or 2 horse-loving individuals!

We have an opportunity for a mature (14 years or older) horseperson or two who:

1. Wants to learn more about horse training (relationship and positive reinforcement based training)
2. Believes in working for what you want
3. Understands that horses deserve to be treated like partners, not playthings

No horse experience required!

This opportunity includes flexible scheduling of 1 to 5 educational hours a week around the animals, for as low as $200 a month!
