This weekend definitely didn’t go as planned.

4 wins, 2 losses, and a whole lot of lessons learned.

Some weekends just aren’t it and that’s part of 10U softball.

They sent some amazing teams home this weekend and it’s nothing to hang their heads about!

Time to get back to work, adjust, and get ready for another weekend of ball!

One thing about this team, they don’t stay down for long!

Catch us in a local tournament this weekend 🙌

🔥 DIAMOND LEGACY — “THE CAJUN” 🔥
ALLIANCE FASTPITCH

We came into this weekend ready to test ourselves against some of the best.

For our first Alliance Fastpitch tournament and our first Diamond Legacy event, we knew the competition was going to be a different level — and that’s exactly why we wanted to be here.

The final results weren’t exactly where we wanted them to be, but make no mistake… this team is growing.

Five-inning games tested everything — grit, toughness, endurance, focus, and the ability to battle when things get hard. And these girls answered.

Our pitching staff was absolutely up to the challenge, finishing TOP 3 in pitching while going toe-to-toe with some extremely talented national-level teams. 🔥

And the wins speak for themselves:

💥 W 3-2 — High Voltage 10U
💥 W 2-1 — Louisiana Gunsmoke 2016
💥 W 3-2 — Florida Bombers NTL
💥 W 9-0 — Houston Angels Gold 2034

That’s four quality wins against some very good competition — and this is only our SECOND tournament.

We aren’t satisfied.

We aren’t finished.

And we definitely aren’t afraid of the competition.

Every tournament, every inning, every tough loss, and every big win is building something bigger with this group.

We’re going to keep working. We’re going to keep developing. And we’re going to keep putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations against the best competition we can find.

Because when you want to become one of the best, you have to be willing to play the best!

Top 3?! Not too shabby! 💪

🖤💛 VELOCITY GULF COAST 2034 PREMIER

We don’t have very many local tournaments scheduled this season but this weekend will start off our fall season and it’s right in Gulfport!

We can’t wait to get this season started!

Let’s GOOOO 💪
