American Rumba, also known as American Rhythm, is a romantic and sensual ballroom dance characterized by its slow-quick-quick rhythmic pattern, a box-step basic, and distinctive hip action called Cuban motion.

Lets continue getting groovy together & continue learning the West Coast Swing. Taking our 6 & 8 count patterns to the next level! Focus on PASSING TUCKS, WHIPS & Spins!

Modern West Coast Swing is a smooth, elastic swing dance characterized by its improvisation, connection, and versatility across musical genres. It's a lead-follow dance that emphasizes musicality and allows for both leaders and followers to express themselves creatively within the structure of the dance.
