About me: I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years!
-In 2018, I began a daily practice of yoga and meditation after several surgeries to combat chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression.
-In 2019, I got my 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification from Yogi Hari’s Ashram in Hatha.
-In 2020, I started teaching privately in the pandemic. -In 2022, I completed my 300 hour Yoga Teacher certification in Vinyasa.

Chakra Vinyasa Slow Flow: This class weaves centering breathing techniques with vinyasa movements to get your heart pumping and targeted meditations using calming sounds and scents. This class focuses on one of the seven main energy centers of the body that are believed to be linked to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each class will be different depending on the chakra focus: our root, pelvic, stomach, heart, throat, third eye, or crown. All levels welcome.


Surfer Flow:
This is an intense vinyasa yoga class focused on balance. This class unites surfing and yoga. It will introduce a Breath of Light visualization to open up an awareness for your powerful energy. This class combines core strength with balance and stability. A peaceful meditation seals the practice. It aims teach that even chaotic, stormy or mundane waves can be appreciated. Previous Yoga experience recommended.
