Matt signed his nation letter of intent to attend Monmouth University! Congratulations also go out to Matt’s teammates who have joined him at the signing table and have also made their college commitments, (from left to right) Kyle Patlove to Union College, Connor Brala to Tufts University, and Owen Beisty to The United States Naval Academy!

Terell Dale has been awarded the most distinct honor and the extreme privilege of having received an invitation to join the Tau Beta Pi Honor Society, the most prestigious organization in the country for engineering students.

Tau Beta Pi is the only honor society representing the entire engineering profession. Founded in 1885, it is the oldest engineering society in the nation. For one to receive an invitation to join Tau Beta Pi one must be among the top engineering students nationally and also demonstrate qualities of leadership and service. Tau Beta Pi recognizes exceptional engineers and students who possess exemplary character.

(Terell has been a long time member of the Philadelphia Reds. A catcher and an outfielder, he is now a junior attending Swarthmore University. An outstanding student, he is also a member of Swarthmore University’s outstanding baseball program. Swarthmore had a very successful 2018 season which culminated with a berth in the 2018 Division III College World Series where they enjoyed an exceptional run. This season, with almost their entire roster returning, the prospects look excellent for a repeat World Series appearance.)
