Through the years, I have watched you move from uncertainty to reality; I’ve seen you walk in “big shoes” and then you show others how to walk in same.

Oh I have seen you stretch into capacities; reinvent yourself and then create a model for others. I have also seen the version of you that dealt with the very lows, yet held to your anchor. What a honour to have held your hands for 8years and counting …
