The weekend is HERE.
Kingman Barbell Club takes the stage over the next two days—and I couldn’t be more fired up for this crew.
This one wasn’t easy getting here.
There’s been injuries, life stuff, weight cuts, weight class changes, travel, sick kids… all of it. The stuff nobody sees. The stuff that tests you.
But tomorrow… none of that matters.
For 6 lifts, it’s their time.
Time to step on the platform and prove to themselves what all that work was for.
If you know these athletes, send them some love. Good vibes, thoughts, prayers—whatever you got, send it their way. They’ve earned it.
There’s a livestream available through USA Weightlifting for $5/day if you want to follow along

SALT LAKE CITY… WE’RE COMING. 🐝🏔️
This weekend the Kingman Barbell Club is bringing our BIGGEST crew yet to the platform.
From first-time lifters…
to seasoned competitors…
to national-level athletes…
👉 This is what we’ve been building.
Every early morning.
Every missed lift.
Every extra rep.
Every ounce of discipline…
It all leads to THIS.
We’ve got athletes across Blue, White, Stars, and Red platforms all weekend long — and we’re not just showing up…
We’re showing OUT. 💪
If you know these athletes, if you’ve trained with them, if you’ve watched their journey…
👉 Drop them a comment
👉 Send them a message
👉 Show them some love
Because stepping on that platform takes something different.
Let’s go to work.
THE SWARM IS HEADING TO SALT LAKE. 🐝🔥

Last week of the Open.
We showed up.
We judged.
We cheered.
We supported our CrossFit friends.
…but not a single heavy barbell was lifted.
This is the face of pure disappointment.
Kingman Barbell Club came ready for snatches and clean & jerks, and all we got was… burpees and suffering.
Next time someone give us a heavy barbell. 🏋️♂️😤

The barbell club heard there was an emo night for 26.2 and we showed up like it was Warped Tour 2007. 🖤
Black eyeliner. Skinny jeans. Aggressively yelling encouragement while our CrossFit friends suffered through the workout.
Kingman Barbell Club might spend most of our time chasing snatches and clean & jerks… but we’ll always show up to judge, cheer, and absolutely lose our voices for the Kingman CrossFit crew.
The music was loud.
The vibes were chaotic.
And when the “LET’S GO!” breakdown hit… the gym turned into a full blown mosh pit.
Honestly…
Best gym in Kingman behavior. 🖤🤘

They might not do that CrossFit thing anymore…
But let me tell you something about Kingman Barbell Club —
They SHOW. 👏 UP. 👏
When Kingman CrossFit hosted Rave Night for the 2026 Open kickoff, these lifters didn’t hesitate. They dressed up. They volunteered. They supported. They brought the energy.
Because this community isn’t built on programming.
It’s built on people.
I’m proud of this crew.
Proud of the culture.
Proud that no matter what lane we compete in — CrossFit floor or weightlifting platform — we stand behind each other.
CrossFit Open Season 2026 is officially underway.
And this is what sets and Kingman Barbell Club apart.
We don’t just lift heavy.
We lift each other.
