Great work Gladiators! It was a hard one right after thanksgiving, but you guys kicked ass. Just think we will soon be doing this in a place we can call our own!
With a smart and well designed program you can hit goals not thought possible in less time. Today we have had amazing results smashing our deadlift goals. Great job Don, Daylene, Ryan, and David!

I have been using the squat foot gardening and love it. I have also helped one my Gladiators get started and gardening friends have all been impressed with it. Here is a link to a guy using it to produce a fantastic front yard.

Tip of the day: Soy is poisen, and avoid it at all costs! Always look at the ingrediants soy likes to hide behind "healthy" labels. Anyone who trains with me already knows this.

5 Running Tips for the Non-Runner (From a Non-Runner) Running was the last element of fitness I learned to enjoy. I had done it for years, but I had never liked it. It was simply part of being a martial artist, and then a CrossFit athlete. I endured running and tried not to completely suck at it.
