CarterCX 2026 — WHAT. A. WEEKEND.

From our family to the entire cyclocross community, THANK YOU.

CarterCX is a family affair for us. We race, we coach, we volunteer, we design courses, and somehow we keep finding ways to make this crazy sport a bigger part of our lives. Getting to put on a race that our family can experience together, alongside so many friends in the CX community, is pretty special.

This weekend was one for the books.

A HUGE thank you to the army of volunteers who helped build the course and tear it down in record time. CarterCX simply doesn't happen without you.

The Heckle Zone was rocking, the “CX” sections were a huge success, and nearly 2 inches of rain the day before couldn't dampen the spirits. The mud just made it more cyclocross.

Most importantly, this weekend was another reminder that the OVCX and Cincinnati cyclocross scene is alive and well!

Thank you to everyone who raced, volunteered, cheered, heckled, brought handups, sponsored, supported, and helped make CarterCX what it is.

From our family to yours, thank you for making this weekend so special.

A huge THANK YOU to TREK and the team at the TREK store in Blue Ash for helping make CarterCX happen!

They hooked us up with enough course tape to mark out the entire 1.7-mile cyclocross course. That’s a LOT of tape, and it’s a huge help when you’re putting together a course for racers to battle on!

We’re also excited to have TREK playing a big role in our family’s racing this year. Lucas and Lexi will both be racing the TREK Boone this season, and we picked up their bikes right here at the Blue Ash store.

It’s pretty cool when the support for the local cycling community goes beyond just selling bikes. Thanks again to the TREK Blue Ash crew for supporting CarterCX and Cincinnati cyclocross!

THE HECKLE ZONE IS COMING BACK TO CARTER CX!

One of the coolest things about racing Carter Park is the HECKLE ZONE — riders race right between the team tents with fans screaming from both sides.

And yes… hand-ups are encouraged!

Last year, Lucas showed us exactly how it’s done on his way to a win in the Heckle Zone.

So who’s bringing their best heckles, loudest cheers and most creative hand-ups this year?

Get your tent set up. Bring your crew. Make some noise.

CarterCX isn’t just a race. It’s a party with a start/finish line.

🔥 THE HECKLE ZONE IS COMING BACK! 🔥

Next weekend at Carter Park, the Heckle Zone will be LIVE and LOUD! 📣

One of the best parts of racing Carter is flying between team tents with cheering fans on BOTH sides of the course. It’s chaos, it’s fun, and it’s what makes Carter special. 😈🚴‍♂️

So… who’s bringing:
🍺 Handups?
📣 Your best heckles?
🔔 Cowbells?
🪧 Ridiculous signs?
🤪 Costumes and questionable behavior?

Bring it ALL. The more creative, the better!
