What if just 3 minutes of very intense exercise could create a powerful biological response in your body compared with 90 minutes of moderate exercise?

That’s what researchers at Rockefeller University recently studied.

The workout:

👉 6 all-out sprints
👉 30 seconds each
👉 Just 3 total minutes of hard work

And no — you do NOT have to run to do this.

You could use:

👉 Elliptical
👉 Sled pushes
👉 Short hard bursts on a treadmill
👉 Battle ropes
👉 Stationary bike

The key is the short, hard burst of effort, not the specific exercise.

Researchers found major changes in hundreds of proteins and metabolites tied to metabolism, cardiovascular health, and aging.

This does not mean 3 minutes replaces regular exercise.

But it does reinforce something important:

You may not need more time. You may need better intensity.
