🛁 Max’s First Bath! 🐴

Today was a big day for Max—his very first bath! Needless to say, he had a few thoughts about the whole experience. 😂 From curiosity to a little uncertainty, Max took it all in stride and handled his first introduction to bath time like a champ.

Every new experience is an opportunity to build confidence, trust, and good habits. We’re excited to watch this young guy continue to learn and grow!

After Max gave everyone a bit of a scare, I decided to take a different approach with the tarp. I slowly dragged it away from them and allowed them to follow, giving them the opportunity to work through their hesitation and build confidence around something unfamiliar.

Theo, however, had his own strategy—he decided the best way to stop the tarp from moving was to stomp on it! He nearly got me in the process, but it was a great learning experience for him and a good reminder that confidence-building exercises can come with a little excitement along the way. 😅

Introducing new objects to the boys is always an adventure! 😂

Max took his curiosity to a whole new level with the paddock tarp today. It's awesome to watch their confidence and curiosity grow step-by-step as we work through these desensitization exercises.

Just as Theo was going to get up on the pedestal by himself, Max has to be a pesky big brother and run him off. If I can get them to willingly do it without my assistance, that’s what I prefer but sometimes they need a little help figuring out the answer. But for now this is just play time.
