We tend to make fitness more complicated than it needs to be.

You don’t always need the perfect workout, the latest program, or a fully equipped gym.

Sometimes you just need a weight vest, a treadmill, and the willingness to put in the work.

Simple. Effective. Sustainable.

The best fitness plan is the one you’ll actually do consistently.

Tonight we served hot dogs, met some amazing people, prayed with members of our community, and watched God work through simple acts of kindness.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped us love our neighbors well. We believe ministry happens in everyday moments, and tonight was a reminder that a simple meal and a caring conversation can make a lasting impact.

Join us on Thursday, June 4th at 5:30 PM at the Warriors Path Playground for an evening of food, fun, and community!

Fire & Light Fitness will be serving free hot dogs as we hang out, connect, and share the love of Christ with our community. Everyone is welcome—bring your family, bring a friend, and come hungry!

We’d love to see you there and spend time together outside the gym walls.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Murph Workout 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th), Fire and Light Fitness is honored to partner with CrossFit Railbirds for this year’s Murph Workout as we come together to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

We’ll have workout heats starting at 8:30, 9:00, and 9:30 AM.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just want to come be part of something meaningful, we’d love to have you join us. All fitness levels are welcome — the workout can be scaled to meet you where you are.

If you’d like to participate, please let me know so we can get you in a heat!

👕 Shirt orders are due by May 1st — sorry for the late notice on shirts, but we’d love to get one ordered for you!
Shirts are available as tank tops or t-shirts, in men’s and women’s sizes, and come in gray and red.

Let’s honor the fallen with sweat, community, and gratitude. 🇺🇸💪
