I CAN’s 2nd Annual Special Needs Resource Fair is almost here! Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th from 10am-2pm at Trinity Grace Farm!

There is truly something for everyone at this year’s fair:

🚚 10am-2pm: The Kitchen at Grace Meadows Farm food truck

🏠 10am-2pm: Lego bounce house

🎪 10am-2pm: Booths full of activities from all our amazing local organizations

💃 11am: Indian Trails Sparkle Squad dance performance

🕺 12pm: FREE dance class hosted by I CAN’s Adaptive and Inclusive Fitness Training

🚜 All day: Guided tours of the Trinity Grace Farm land

We’ll also be giving away free event t-shirts to the first 50 individuals with an intellectual, developmental, or physical disability who join us that day!

Together we build a stronger, more inclusive community. We can’t wait to see you there!

Big news, Tri-Cities! 🎉

After so many of you asked us to come back to Johnson City, we finally found the perfect fit. I CAN Adaptive & Inclusive Fitness Training is partnering with Thunder Valley Fitness for our new second location!

From day one, Thunder Valley has welcomed our I CAN family with open arms, taking the time to truly get to know each and every member training there. That kind of heart is exactly what we look for in a home base, and we’re so grateful to call them our friends.

Major📚- He’s currently a first year in OT school!

Favorite thing about adaptive fitness💙💪- Having the opportunity to be able to spread his love for fitness to each and every client while being there to support them along the way.

Favorite Snack🍬- Gummy bears

When he’s not coaching you can find him😀: studying, at the gym, or watching Netflix
