Wednesday community workouts 📸💪🏼

While our members have the flexibility of an open gym schedule, we also come together twice a week for group workouts that make training a lot more fun (and a little more competitive 😉).

The Topbox crew showed out at the Carolina Summer Games! 💪🏋️

With 4 teams competing, we had a weekend of sn**ch PRs, grit & a podium finish for RX Team A&W.

Beyond the results, we truly enjoy the time we get to spend together and grateful for a such a supportive community.

Proud of everyone who stepped onto the competition floor this weekend! 👏

Commitment. Consistency. Community. After our change to open gym I thought the community part would suffer. After Thursday and Friday night I was filled with excitement and enthusiasm as our members took on 24.1 Each person pushed to their limits and everyone cheered with intensity and down right genuine care for their fellow members. Thank you all!!
