New gym hours and rates starting Thursday January 1st.

Open Gym hours:
*You can come in anytime during these hours and get a workout customized to your goals and we will show you how to do everything safely and effectively. A coach will always be there during these times to help you.

Monday 5-9am & 3-6pm
Tuesday 5-9am & 3-6pm
Wednesday CLOSED
Thursday 5-9am & 3-6pm
Friday 5-9am & 3-6pm
Saturday 8-10am
Sunday CLOSED

Rates: $100/ month unlimited month to month

All current personal training clients will have their paid for sessions that cannot be done by then refunded or credited to their new membership.
