“Restorative yoga is a practice of soft, compassionate curiosity — getting to know yourself in quiet stillness. We offer a safe, supportive setting in which you can practice choosing yourself, identifying your needs, and returning to the present moment. The more these skills are practiced inside of these four walls, the more they translate to your outside world.”
- Mandy, your restorative yoga teacher. Join her every Sunday at 4pm.♥️

At Alma, we offer a lot of heated classes and for good reason. Infrared heat therapy is a form of thermal radiation and has numerous health benefits. Even in the summer time, we all can benefits greatly from infrared heat during our movement practices…and that cold lavender towel at the end of class is a glorious bonus.😌
Don’t forget, if you’re not one for heated classes, we have non-heated offerings on our schedule (we always have something for everyone). Make sure you view class descriptions and details so you can book the perfect class for you. 🌞

Now offering Forest Therapy with the one and only Bruce Roberts. To know him is to love him.
Guided Forest Therapy
120 min sessions offered Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8-10am and 5-7pm
Forest Bathing/Therapy at Crow Mountain on Harpeth Moon Farm with Bruce Roberts, Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Bruce is a nature boy since the beginning of time. Years ago, sobriety led him back to that boy—full of awe and wonder for the fields and the woods. A spiritual journey ensued, and he found himself immersed in the land he was sent to steward along the Harpeth River in the hills of Tennessee. 40 acres of an organic farm we all know and love named Harpeth Moon Farm, situated among forests and bluffs and trails.
Forest Bathing is a practice of slow, intentional sensory immersion in nature. This is different than a hike. Expect to move slowly with times to pause a notice. Bruce will guide you and give you time alone with prompts of invitations to notice your surroundings. Bruce looks forward to guiding you on lands where the indigenous made their home hundreds of years ago.
Sessions are 120 minutes and 1:1 with Bruce to allow for full immersion in the experience without the distraction of others. Sessions continue rain or shine with the exception of very inclement/unsafe weather.
