Hi folks, little bit of personal work going on. I hope you stay with your practices. Daily I do something purely for my body. Much of my work these days is to maintain fluidity within this carcass. I’m inviting new health these days. Maybe I’ll begin a charge forward but for now this is mobility and foundational work. Introducing the body to greater stresses to come.
