Some of us were taught to survive in fire, in air, in water, in earth... and then we wonder why the body still feels frenzied. I work with the pattern underneath that.

I help people notice what element they’ve been living from, what’s been overused, what’s missing, and what the system has been trying to do to keep up. A lot of the time, the body is already doing the truth... it just needs a witness who knows how to guide it.

That might mean more ground. More breath. More warmth. More softness. Support entering more vulnerability.

If this feels like the kind of work you want to do, you can book a call. The link is in my bio.

Ta**us season is the part of spring that asks us to slow down, find our roots, and settle into a rhythm that feels entirely our own.

I wrote about the somatic truth of this season, and how to meet it, in this week’s newsletter.

If you want to receive these reflections in your inbox every month, sign up at the link in my bio.

Most of us are moving so fast we forget we're allowed to just receive.

The weight of a rock. The temperature of soil. The quality of morning light in May.

Ta**us season is an invitation back into that.

Nature isn't outside of you — it's the context you're held within.

The new edition of Beyond But HERE goes into exactly that. A guide for working with this season's energies — in your body, not just your mind.

Ta**us is the season of soil, mineral, and the body’s own weight.

It is the moment in the year when we stop looking for the next spark and instead look for the ground. This month’s newsletter explores how to move from that steadiness: the anatomy of the throat, the wisdom of the mineral kingdom, and how to practice staying where you are.

If you are curious about what it looks like to work with these energies, the new edition is waiting for you.
