Hello dear community! Starting this Thursday, May 7th, 5 to 6PM at the same time as pre-teen & teen BJJ. Y I N Y O G A "A slow descent into stillness.
A returning.
Guided by voice and held in presence, this restorative Yin practice invites you into the deeper layers of your body and awareness. Postures are entered gently and held with time, allowing the surface to soften, the tissues to release, and the nervous system to shift from effort into ease.
Breath becomes the bridge.
Sensation becomes the teacher.
Rather than forcing, you are guided to listen, meeting the body where it is and allowing it to open in its own rhythm. In this space, tension unwinds and stored patterns begin to dissolve.
A practice of depth and subtlety, where doing fades and the body remembers how to be."
