RENEE FIT

Renée Darmstadt has been an avid sports lover since she was a child. At the age of 31, she wants to see what she can accomplish in her runs.

In High School she participated on the Field Hockey, Soccer, Basketball and Track&Field teams. Her love of running and competing lead her to run 4 years of collegiate Track at Wagner College. Now a certified AFAA instructor, she teaches classes that are a full body workout, mixing it up with cardio, weights, and other fun equipment.
