⚾ OFFSEASON COACHING OPPORTUNITY ⚾

Mass Captains Baseball is looking for high school and college baseball players to help assist with our staff with offseason practices from November through March.

This is a great opportunity to work with younger players, gain coaching experience, and make some extra money during the offseason.
* Paid hourly
* Practices at 781 Sports in Hanover, MA
* Weekday practices are after 5 PM
* Weekend opportunities also available
* Flexible schedule — help as much or as little as works with your availability

We’re looking for players who know the game, enjoy working with younger athletes, and bring good energy to the facility.

Keep playing, practicing, and developing this fall with the Captains coaching staff! We’re offering multiple options for players ages 8U–15U from September 10 through October 18. You do not need to be on a Captains Roster to participate.

🔥 FULL PROGRAM | 9U–15U
Perfect Game League games + Thursday practices

9U–12U | $350
⚾ Saturday doubleheaders
📅 Games: Sept. 12, 19 & 26 + Oct. 3
🏆 Playoffs: Oct. 17
👕 Includes Captains T-shirt jersey + hat
📍 Thursday practices at 781 Sports in Hanover or Hanover Fields.

13U–15U | $450
⚾ Sunday doubleheaders
📅 Games: Sept. 13, 20 & 27 + Oct. 4
🏆 Playoffs: Oct. 18
🏟️ 1 October tournament (TBD)
👕 Includes Captains T-shirt jersey + hat
📍 Thursday practices at 781 Sports in Hanover or Hanover Fields.

Rising 15U players - missed tryouts? There is still time to join the Captains.

That’s officially a wrap on the 2026 season. 🫡

A huge thank you to all of our players and families who made this year such a great one. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to believe in what we’re building.

As we head into Year 3, we’re ready to take some BIG steps forward and create even more opportunities for the players in our program.

The best is still ahead. We’re just getting started.

Enjoy some well-earned time off. We’ll be back at it this fall. 💪
