π KINGSTON ADULT CO-ED FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE π
The wait is almost over! Our inaugural season kicks off on Thursday, July 9th at 6:15 PM at Dietz Stadium and games will be played every Thursday throughout the summer!
Before we hit the field, here are the Top 5 League Rules every player should know:

7-on-7 Format
β
Mouthguards & Cleats Are Mandatory
β
No Diving Allowed
β
Fumbles Are Dead Balls & Result in a Loss of Down
β
Interceptions Are Live and Returnable for Touchdowns
Additional Rules:
β’ 20-minute running halves
β’ Clock stops during the final 2 minutes of each half
β’ 3 timeouts per half
β’ One foot in bounds for a completed catch
β’ Defensive rushers must wait 3 seconds before crossing the line of scrimmage
β’ Downfield blocking must be above the chest

The Kingston Point Beach will be opening for swimming this Saturday! Hours of operation for the beach are Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00am-4:45pm, weather permitting and only when lifeguards are on duty.
The Andretta Pool opens for the season on Saturday, June 27th. Please see the schedule below. Please keep in mind that the hours for the pool are subject to change, based on staffing and weather.
As always, we urge everyone to practice safe and healthy measures when visiting our beach and pool. Parks and Recreation is wishing the community a wonderful summer!
Kingston Point Beach will officially open on Saturday, June 20, 2026, and Andretta Pool will open Saturday, June 27, 2026.
Kingston Point Beach will be open five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00am-4:45pm, weather permitting and only when lifeguards are on duty.
The Andretta Pool will be open to the public starting on Saturday, June 27, and will be open Wednesdays through Sundays (times vary each day, see schedule). Mondays and Tuesdays are closed for summer camp swim days. There will be no entry fee for the pool.
